I was under the impression when you preordered all future DLC was part of the purchase? Yet, they have an added Expansion for 24.99. I am confused/

DLC is not the same as expansions. You might not find those two terms to mean anything different but CDPR was very clear on the distinction -even since way back when TW1 released.

DLC will always be free and there are 15 pieces of free DLC coming for TW3...but expansions...they will cost extra.
