I recall some posting about the new/additional content from DLC being visible somewhere on the tutorial pages.
Couldn't see any, so I waited for the next patch.
And the next.

I cannot see "additional content" or anything like that, anywhere. In none of the menus.
I have the PC version of Witcher 3, current patch, installed and run via Galaxy.

So, my question is: where can I find this elusive "additional content" thing in the game?

It disappears once you finish the main quest line. Just start a new game and check it there.

My main quest line is at the stage where neither Family Matters nor the Bog Crones haven been resolved.
I don't think that counts as finished. So I don't think "finished mainquest" is the issue here.

Strange, maybe it is linked to under which version you started the game. I just checked and it does show up in a new game, but not in my completed one. Figured it might be the case.
Not even earlier of saves I made in this game (and it was release version), have this "tutorial" it simply not there. All I have is option to enable or disable Triss/Yen alternate look and Gwent cards package in main menu. Ingame tutorials have no info on DLCs. So if it was added via patches, it's no retroactive.
