Hey guys, i have a really annoying problem that occured today. I wanted to play The Witcher 3 but suddenly i saw, that it is no more connected with GOG. So i tried to connect it but GOG says i need a serial number for this game but i already unlocked the game with a serial number and it's also no more in my library. I just can't find it anymore only my purchase history says that i bought the game and i have tried resfreshing my account aswell.

I really need help that's so disappointing x.x

Du bist aus Deutschland darum schreibe ich kurz auf deutsch weiter. Hier liegt wohl das Problem. Dein Key wurde vom Publisher gesperrt, weil g2a entweder mit geklauten Kreditkarteninformation den Code gekauft und/oder das Geld zurückgebucht hat. Ich spiele z.B. Gw2 hier wurden auch viele Accounts gebannt, die auf g2a gekauft wurden (Grund siehe oben). Versuche dein Geld zurückzubekommen (von g2a) und kauf dein Spiel bei offiziellen Verkäufern (gog, Amazon, Steam etc.).

Uff, das ist aber ziemlich doof gelaufen würde ich mal sagen...
Dachte immer G2A wäre eine seriöse Seite. Naja hab halt versucht etwas Geld zu sparen und hatte auch bisher noch nie Probleme mit G2A :/
Ist es wahrscheinlich, dass sie mir das Geld zurück erstatten, oder werden sie einfach abblocken?
