The game consistently hangs while I'm in inventory, alchemy, glossary, quests, any kind of game menu that is not the "esc" menu. It's working fine one moment, and then the next the mouse cursor freezes, but the music and sounds continue to play.

When I run the task manager, the game is "not responding". And this happens consistently. 1 / 3 times that I access any of the in-game menus, it will freeze.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, there many threads about it. Are you running the game from Galaxy? I've had much better luck running the exe directly and exiting Galaxy.

No, I tried originally to download it using galaxy, but had many problems with that, so in the end I just downloaded directly from gog website.

I guess if many others are also having this issue then I can hope for a patch that will fix it. Thanks for replying :)

What version are you using?

Had this issue, the latest patch appears to have fixed it.
