Yes, that's how my library looks too and no, I didn't receive any mails explaining this. Curious though!

GOG mailed about this some days ago (one pot for all you've got from W3).
That Mail said the DLCs from the Expansion Pass will be part of one "field" in the library, and the number of displayed products will drecrease, but I have this and it's an additional product, game, expansion pass and 1st expansion are still siplayed separatly and it only contains 2 of the free DLCs.

It's gone now, so whatever it was, they fixed it.
