I purchased the game on the 24th, and am still unable to play it. I am using GOG Galaxy to play / launch the game. It does not launch. Please help.

I had a look at a LENOVO 20266, does your have onboard HD4400 gfx??

I am not too bright on the tech talk about are you talking about the device driver? Pls see attached. Also what resolution should i keep my computer. I didn't understand the purpose of the video. thanks

Integrated graphic cards will not work. No amount of hardware upgrade or driver update will make it work.

Instal them , and play , don' t use the GOG launcher , use GAME ICON

I downloaded the patch, and installed it. tried using the icon. Unless i am using the wrong icon, the game still is not working. I also used the Game icon on the start menu. No luck. :(

did you view that video I posted?

in that video that person got the game to run by turning everything to low, and using 800 x 600 screen resolution

edit the user.settings file [open it with notepad]

on win 7 the location is c:\users\<username>\documents\the witcher 3

change the resolution to

Resolution="800x600"

if the game loads just put all graphic settings on low [you can do it via the user.settings file if you know what your doing]

Hi, the graphics card i have is some Intel HD graphics.. please see screen shot.. so i assume i am out of luck..

:( seems your system is not upto running the game, if you bought the game from GOG, you can put in for a refund, or buy a system [desktop / ps4 / xbone] to play it.

saying that the games runs fine on my lowish spec system [desktop] but so many bugs main quest broken [for me anyway]

If his laptop specs are not enough to play the game, it's hard that he will get a refund... but he can always try, you never know

I purchased the game from Green Man Gaming & Playfire... they then direct you to the gog website for download.. tried asking for a refund but they refused.. said because they sent the license key to the game..

thats a unfortunate loss.. but i really want to play the game and am thinking is it worth getting the xbox one or ps4... which one to get.. or maybe need to look at other posts... i already have an xbox 360 and ps3..
