Alright guys, yesterday i redeemed a copy of The Witcher 3, i have already installed, patched, and played the game for a while but something strange is happened. When i go on the store page of the game i saw that i don't own The Witcher 3 but is featured on my library. I read some topics on the community discussions that this is a problem is related with summer sale for prevent server overloading.

Someone have an explanation?

I'm having the same problem and contacted support, asking to fix the issue. The reply was that it's a known problem for some games that were obtained through promotional codes (for instance, I got it through Nvidia's promotional campaign for their 9xx cards). The support guy told me that fixing this would be time consuming and asked me to ignore the issue for the time being. My ticket got closed btw, so I'm not sure whether they're still working on this issue.

I'd be interested to hear whether others had a similar problem and whether it got solved for them.

Search the store site for "witcher free", which should lead you to a page called "WITCHER 3: WILD HUNT, THE - FREE DLC PROGRAM". You can add it to your cart and "purchase" it free of charge. The DLC installers will then be available through your regular Witcher 3 library page. I'm not using Galaxy, but once you added the DLC to your library, it should be available there as well.

I don't know for sure if there will be problem for people like us that have this issue, but in my case i already get the 16 free dlc program so yes, we will get all future dlc, i hope.
