No idea what the proper name is, but is anyone enhancing their weapons/armor with the gems? Feels like they give such a small boost and they break when you remove them so I try to keep them for when I level more slowely since I keep finding better gear at a descent pace.

Is it really worth to use them early on? I have so many empty slots atm I kinda feel pressured to fill them, with my ocd and all...
