Am I screwed if I found an enhanced bomb recipe before finding the regular recipe? I have found 2 enhanced recipes randomly in the world but am missing the regular recopies? Will the regular ones show up in random treasure chests or at merchants or am I unable to get them and thus the enhanced recipes?

You will get the regular ones. Don't sweat it :) However, if you make advanced ones, they will replace the regular ones.
