Spolier ahead! I've finished the the quest and am trying to leave the tomb. I go to what appears to be the exit a little way from the grave and can' figure how to open it. The door and nearby rocks highlight when using my witcher senses, and an unknown symbol appears on the door. Any suggestions? TIA.

I did that quest recently but don't remember if the exit was troublesome. Did you try Aard?

Otherwise, if that doesn't work, have you done the Keira Metz quest "Wandering in the Dark"? She gives you an object that dispels illusions, which sounds like what you probably need if Aard doesn't work..

You need the Eye of Nehaleni that you get from Keira. There will be many more such illusions in other places, so I sugest doing that quest as early as you can - SPOILER [ you meet her in the quest when you search for the witch(es)]
