Is there any way to get the Ciri Gwent card after completing "Big city players"? From what I've googled so far, I should have an option to play elven merchant in that quest, but I didn't have it. I've found this guy in the woods, but he doesn't want to play cards with me (no such dialogue option). I tried to load a save from before the tournament, but the "Big city players" is already marked as completed there and I'm 100% sure I didn't even start it at that point (it loads in front of the Passiflora).

Is it possible, that some of my decisions disabled the option to play with elven merchant? In that case, is there someone else who I can win this card from?

I don't know if it matters, but I still have Novigrad Gwent quest locked by a bug (cannot interact with Serenity) and it's still incomplete.

There are two Scoiatel merchants in Velen. The one you want is west of the non-human sector, NW of Lucien's Windmill. The other scoiatel merchant is way over east, where you rescue a person in distress -- that's the wrong person.
Have you played Dijkstra yet?
He has to tell you about the elf merchant before you can play him.

No, because I can't talk to Serenity. Dijkstra is after her. So, I have to wait for a patch... Damn. Thanks.

@Hickory: I'm at the right one.
Well the new patch claims to have fixed the Madame Serenity gwent bug, so hopefully you'll be right.
