I have not installed the "Beard and Hairstyles" DLC.
What default styles support hair growth over time?
I've tried the "half shaved half ponytail" and I was unable to grow a beard.
Does the "free hair" support it?
I've been searching google but I've yet to find the definitive answer.

Only getting a clean shave will make the beard grow. I have fond a issue with the beard growth if hairworks turned on.
