There is a hidden treasure which is the most northerly point of interest on the Skellige map. It lies just off a small island in the central north region consisting of a shipwreck with some dead bodies scattered around it. upon climbing on the ship there is some minor treasure in the hull of the ship and a cabin that can be accessed by breaking it down with aard. Inside there is a body of a man lying on a bed with a bookcase on top of him. The hidden treasure point appears to be right where he lays however upon entering the room he is briefly highlighted in witcher sense in yellow, but then un-highlights. There doesn't appear anything above the deck of the cabin.

It might just have glitched out for some reason but if some knows the name of quest it would be a big help.

If he's highlighted something should happen so it's very linkely it's a bug, the same thing hppened to me with a few chests once.
Since it seem to happen randomly there wouldn#t be much point in knowing what the quest is called, you could try loading a save file before that hppened that worked for me with the chests.

So, I just fired up an old save to check this out (I'm nice like that, and/or have some sort of OCD)...
The hidden treasure does not activate a quest (not all of them do), you can loot the corpse of the guy hit by the bookdcase (he did not appear red in Witcher sense, though), which makes the hidden-treasure icon switch to inactive/solved. Nothing more to it, from what I can see, but this might have glitched out for you for some reason.
He only has an Enhanced Racing Saddle, so, you're not missing out on anything big ;)

Yeah this resolved for me yesterday after I went back post-game. Previously he became unhilighted and I was not able to interact with him, I loaded a previous save and tried again but still no joy. So I loaded the earlier save and left the marker as a question mark and completed the campaign and came back. Not sure it was a saddle for me though, I think may be random (or I could just be mistaken), it was definitely low value though and really not worth the effort. I was hoping it would be one of the superior oils I was missing but I had to look them up later.
