Sometimes when I'm playing the witcher 3 my screen will disappear and go back to the desktop, however I am still in the game because I cant click anything on my desktop and the cursor is like the one in the game. I can still hear the sounds just cant see anything... it is extremely annoying and seems to be happening only in cut scenes, and quite often.

Make sure you are playing in Fullscreen mode... game tends to switch back to Borderless windowed without a reason.
