I have strange bug, nothing serious but - I have activated quest "The tower outta nowhere" by finding the tower, not talking to the villagers (quest icon havent appeared in the village) and when I finished the quest and swam back to the village, quest ends but I still have the quest mark on the npc of fisherman and its impossible to talk or interact with him because quest is finished. So basically its only about the icon, that shows me begining of the quest that I have already finished. I have tried meditation or loading previous saves but npc of fisherman still have the quest mark. So does anyone knows how can I solve this and erase yellow quest mark from inactive NPC?

If you have a save before quest started.
Load save before quest and see if it is still there when quest completed again,and if it
is another fix will be needed.I would suggest saving before any quest started and making
another save once quest is started,this sometimes helps when the quest is broken.

It must be a bug, as you say. I've donde plenty of quests (including contracts) without acquiring information from npcs or boards without any kind of problems, but I didn't fulfill the quest you are talking about.

I do not have save sadly, now I am progressing normaly but quest is completed that is not an issue, its really small bug just about showing me quest icon on the map and on the character nothing more. Its just little annoying.
