Ok very small spoiler ahead about the character Keira Metz.

Anyway I met Keira Metz early in the game and she sold many items namely several oils which I really wanted to buy but at the time I didn't have the money to buy them all. After completing her quest line she is now gone since I sent her back to kaer moren. Now her shop is gone to and with it the oils she sold. Is there another vendor that sells these oils? I was planning on making oils a major part of my character build but now I'm missing about half of them since she is now gone. Please tell me there is another place I can find these oil diagrams for sale. This seems like a major oversight on the devs part since oils are a large part of a characters build in some cases. She also sold a potion that reset your skill points which seems like a major to me as well.

I don't remember exactly what she sells, but there's whole lot of vendors coming up in Novigrad alone, that sell all kinds of oils, herbs, and including one or two that sell the reset skill option. Plus if you're constantly looting everything as you go, you probably won't even have to buy any of the oils. And the recipes found or bought keep getting improved, there'll be enhanced versions of them.

I never bought anything from Keira and I have all the enhanced oils, so you don't have to worry about it. The main thing to find is the recipes, the ingredients are plentiful.

You can find all of them elsewhere, along with the potion to re-spec your skill points, haven't lost out on anything. Also I doubt that oils are a large part of any character's build as I play on Death March and I have yet to get into a situation where oils were more than a convenience feature to end the fight slightly faster.
