i have realy realy low fps with gtx 660 and corei5 3340 + 8gb ram.
can modders fix this game ? i mean can they do something for make this game smooth?

I think it's going to be a week or two, but usually the developers themselves will do some fixes that make the game run better.

I know how you feel; according to GeForce Experience, my settings should be low/medium or even off for lots of graphics sliders. I have an OC'ed i7 2600k @4.2ghz, a gtx 780, and 8gigs of ram. I've only played a minute or so of the game, because I just woke up, and the door wouldn't open even though I had the key, so I rage-quit. hehe

I have a 2600k (4.6ghz) and a 780 also. If I set ANY option to above medium its near unplayable, so something is off.

Maybe there will be a patch. Modders will definately be able to find something as theres loads of tweaks in the config files.

Don't believe geforce experience, it lies. I don't even install it. Some are saying old drivers (347.88) are better too.

Sorry for not replying earlier. I forgot to mention that I have a 1440p monitor, so my FPS will be lower than those provided for 1080p. And, as has been confirmed, WH was running very poorly with nVidia cards. I haven't been in the game lately, but I did downgrade to 1080p just for kicks, and was able to get the game to run smoothly with most things on High.
