SilentShield: when i click on the game.exe icon. windows jump with witcher3.exe Application error

tried so many different way to fix it , but no one works......
any one have any idea HOW TO FIX 0xc000007b error ?

[edit] I know that is for TW2, maybe you just need to download the lastest VC++ destro / net framework [but these should be included in the Download / Game DVD]

It could also be your gfx card is not good enough, you need to post your system specs, as the poster below said.
