So i had just completed the game and it was epic. But now I want to go through the story again without the grinding and losing all of my stuff.

Point is, why is there no NG+?

No, but there are some mods which allow you to start a new game at lvl 70 with all the witcher sets, and a few crowns. You can find it in Nexus.
