How do i get to meet Letho if i don't have a imported save? I don't have witchers 1 and 2. Is there anyway else i can meet him without a imported save?

When starting New Game, Enable "Simulate Witcher 2 Save" option, a little bit later in the game answer some questions about Geralts previous exploits (in your case pay attention to questions pertaining Letho and answer them as desired) and you should be able to meet him later.

Yeah.. It's some barber.

I had some save but I simulated it. It seems to me that they didn't carry anything over from the first witcher.

Edit: I would have liked to romance with that green girl who was some medic (in the first game) .. Triss is ok but I don't even know yennerfer.. Perhaps geralt would have been better with never recovering memories.
