Graphics is pretty much maxed out with awesome performance, so I know it's not a general problem. Also playing from an SSD, so neither loading nor streaming in details should be a concern.

But still I see NPCs pop-up all over the place. Not the thick of it, but one or two here and there. Sometimes it's even the case that I see a name around 6m in front of me. If I'm not closing in, the name is the only thing visible from the NPC. Only when I get closer the actual NPC model is loaded.

So it's definitely not a problem of slow loading. In the situation described above, waiting does not do a thing. Only getting closer makes the model load.

Any ideas / workarounds / tipps? Thanks in advance.
