Does anybody have the same problem that Olivier (inkeeper with a special Gwint card) does not show up at the spot where he is supposed to be? Any solution for this issue? Thanks. Greetings

Sometimes this works,save and reload game at spot sometimes this is a fix.

I guess so. The last main quest I did, was the fight at Kaer Morhen.

Try meditating for an hour. Usually helps. Works also on "missing" blacksmiths and such.

[SLIGHT SPOILER]

If you completed Now or Never and chose to save the two mages instead of going to the group straightaway the witch hunters discover that Olivier is facilitating the mage's evacuation. They do not find the mages but they do kill Olivier. I'm not sure if there a way to complete this quest if he is dead, unfortunately.

Then I can't complete the Gwint quest... shouldn't I get a message, which tells me that I can't complete the quest anymore?

I'm not sure that the Gwent quest has a failure state, but I think there are a variety of ways it can become incompletable. Some of the guides and wikis might have more information for you. That should be why Olivier isn't there though.
