Yes, you read that right. I tried searching the forums whether anyone else ran into this bug but couldn't find anything. Still, sorry if this has already been asked/solved, but here goes:

I was playing around with reallocating my skill points before a certain big event in the game, and after that epic battle I noticed that my stats were crazy high, we're talking +875% sign intensity, 2500 dmg per hit, >12000 vitality and so on. At first it was fun playing around as a demigod who can conquer even lvl 35 elementals with a few hits and use yrden to STOP rather than slow enemies (228% slowdown). As you can guess, it quickly got boring though and I can't seem to reset my stats to "normal" no matter how I change my gear, meditate, take white honey, play around with potions, remove/re-attach mutagens and so on.

If anyone else has ran into this problem and found a solution I would appreciate it :)

Try buying that potion that allows you to reset your skills. It costs $1000. This will reset all your stats to the basic levels and then increase as you add skills.

Unfortunately did not help, it was actually one of the first things I tried :(

Apparently your stats increase while you stand in the dimeritium effect. They are working on a fix for it, which is supposed to fix your character retroactively as well. Until then the only way to fix it seems to be using the console, or reloading a previous save.

I had the high stats due to the dimeritium bobm effects. But when I took off my armor and reset all my skill points it lowered my stats. Not sure what else I did but my vitality and attack power was about half what it was before doing it.
Ah well, at least I have an explanation to why it happened. I finished the game with the screwed up stats, since there was only a few hours of gameplay left. Might go back to do it properly once they release the fix.
