So patch 1.3 was supposed to improve performance has anybody else noticed the complete opposite to this happening?
Before the patch i was running between 45 - 60 without any major stutters or frame drops at all running a GTX 970 everything turned to ultra apart from Nvidia Hairworks turned off as i found the performance was too heavily effected to be worth having that feature turned on.
So now after the patch i'm constantly seeing frame drops and stutters running through Novigrad anyone noticed this issue to and found the issue? Any help would be appreciated as i was really enjoying the game but since the patch the stutters and frame drops have negatively impacted my enjoyment unfortunately.
