Can't manage to find out how to set the mouse in the game. It's totally unplayable :(
Do you have any idea how to fix this?

So you have to deactivate hardware cursor in graphism part option... pretty intuitive

I don't know what kind of issue you are experiencing. I came here because looking for a fix to an issue where the mouse seems to build up a lag when I simultaneously press a button. This means that after running for a while turning left and right, the mouse actions will register with a 2-5 second delay. Totally unplayable (so at least in that regards our symptoms are alike). I have recently upgraded to Win10 May 2019 release... don't know if that matters.

I did have this problem for a long time and it was really annoying and it made me stop playing the game altogether. I read the solutoin to this a few month ago and unfortuanlty I do not rememeber the source (It took me a long time to find it the first time so I am not gonna look for it online). I believe the solution to the mouse lag is to turn off the GOG overlay display in the settings of GOG Galaxy.
