Started a fresh new save game since recent patch 1.05. Got 6 Lesser Blue Mtagens, Mixed 3 together to make 1 Blue Mutagen. First round worked fine, made the Blue Mutagen as expected. Tried to mix the remaining 3 Lesser Blue Mutagens right afterwards, noticed the strange message I'm use to seeing under decoctions, oils, ect. "You already have this item" and what not under Blue Mutagen recipe. Can't mix a second Blue Mutagen now. This functions fine on my original saves from realease day game as a side note. So now of course the problem at hand is I'm unable to craft 2 more Blue mutagens in order to craft a Greater blue mutagen.

Is this a known issue? If so I tried using the searched function and could not use search function on Galaxy client.

Drop greater one on ground and craft again,now pick up greater one.Until this is fixed
it's a bug.

There is a hotfix patch coming out this week that will fix the problem.
