In the new patch notes, "Rostan Muggs is back"

So who/what is Rostan Muggs.

And where to find him/her/it ?

No one knows who this person is ?

i just happen to run across him, a nice low level quest and fun to

spolier below




























he's just west of the tretogor signpost in novigrad just before the big brigde

Is Novigrad in the starting place or after it, i'm at Vizima atm

ugh made a slight mistake its east of the tretogor signpost and north west of the seven cats inn

all that is in the south of novigrad


and...that is a ways north from the hanged mans tree which i think is the starting place
