How often do the shokeeps, smiths, etc refresh their gold?
As far as I can see, they all only get a pidly amount of it now at end game and I cannot sell off my goodies from a few raids without going to every area in the game. >.<

Can I just sleep a certain number of hours to have it refresh to full?

I think it takes about 5 days.

they take some days.... 4 or 5 i guess...

but you should look for blacksmiths if you wanna sell something. they pay a bit more, and most of all, money is not the problem in this game.

i ended with 34.000 (on third difficulty). a friend of mine has 90.000 (not checked, and he´s on the second difficulty)

just focus on something else. pick the kind of armor you will play ( i suggest light ONLY ), and forget the rest. if you´re a trash man, you´ll get mode items than you will ever need, so when its time to craft a witcher gear of your choice, you will probably have to buy one or 2 ingredients.

Easiest way is just throw everything you don't need away. What would you need the crowns anyway?

If you have a lot of inventory to sell just hit up the loan shark in Novigrad; has Whoreson's henchman outfront. Sell what you need to, then when he is low on money back out of the conversation and re-enter; he will be stocked on more money.

It varies from vendor to vendor tbh. The bookshop in Novidgrads main square seems to refresh every 24 hours( but he only buys books or letters so pretty useless), the loanshark/pawn shop run by whoreson's boys is a few hours. Most others takes several days.

I've been playing on sword and story and I have about 35k atm and im lvl 21. Money is pretty tight at the beginning of the game so picking up everything and selling it is a great Idea.

At the stage im at it's really not worth looting unless it something you desperately need. With the way alchemy works in witcher 3 you don't even need to collect huge quantities of herbs anymore, I never carry more than about 10 of each item at a time or weight starts to become an issue.
