I always looked after making some major decisions if some quest fails pop up on the left side (before you get to the island where ciri is) or starting the final fight

I haven't seen that the quest you need to get together with yennifer failed (it didnt pop up) is there any program or cheatcode aviable so i can get together with yen?

Why don't you start by explaining exactly what the problem is?

He miss the "Last wish" quest and asking about possibilites get Yen ending w/o replaying from old save.
