I investigated the entire area with the lamp, found and buried the body. But the quest won't complete, it still says "investigate the area with Keira's lamp". I've been all over the area multiple times and haven't seen anything else to do.

Thy to look at all the ghosts untill the end. The ones on the first floor are long to go, stay long enough and go upstairs. etc...

hint : search in the tower, there is an hidden chest with good items

The ghosts actually don't even show up anymore, I can see the sparkles but the lamp no longer makes them appear. As for the tower, do you mean this one? http://i.imgur.com/3X4O5zB.jpg

I looked everywhere and can't find any way to get inside it.
