So ive been having constant stuttering issues with this game. At first it was very subtle and was playable. But ever since I got to the big city its constant and hard to play with. Im using an FX 8320 and an MSI GTX 970. If theres any other info needed please let me know. Thanks!

This is common with this GTX 970.Roll back driver if using the latest update.

Okay,it's possible something in back ground on PC is doing it.
Another program, maybe post your processors from task manager.

How?
The first thing I would try is turning off the in-game frame limiter and V-sync. If that doesn't work it is worth a try to set your Maximum Pre-rendered Frames to 1. You can do this in your Nvidia control panel. If neither of those work there are a few more tweaks we can look at.

Turning off vsync didnt do anything but introduce screen tearing but the in game frame limiter seemed to calm it down to what it originally was. Now its playable for me again. I mustve turn it on without realizing it when I got into the big city. Thanks!

Very glad to hear it worked! It's nice when the solution isn't too complicated. Happy playing :)
