Ok folks Curious as to a few things here. First off is the fact of whehere can I puchase the Elementa Oil receipe.

Now the other thing for which I'm curious about is the toixcity level with Geralt. If I remember correctly 100% is suppost to be bad for Geralt yet the Decoctions for which he can make and imbibed say 100% toxcicity. This here has me lost.

Also I thought that they fixe the diagrams and receipes to show all ingridents needed to make an item even the missing ones? After all you would think that since you've got the diagram or the receipe you would in fact know what you need to make it. Be like having a cake receipe and not having all the ingridents listed it's useless.

You can find it in a loot pack just outside (NW) of Toderas, along with Rubedo.

All potions increase toxicity, and they stack. If you reach 100% vitality decreases over time, but the toxicity decreases over time, too. This way you cannot abuse potions.

You can see what ingredients are needed in the alchemy tab, if you select the item you wish to create. It tells you how many you have, and how many you need.

oil drops are random. or you can buy it from herbalists - the best one i found was notth-east of Oxenfurt.

about toxicity - you are supposed to stars loosing hp when it exeeds 80%. not mush though. decoction + thunder poition dropped me 15-20% hp until toxicity dropped back to 80%.
Some decoctions have 100 toxicity in description but I believe its a bug. I used one and didnt loose hp at all. so its a description bug

@ Hicory been to the area for which your referring to as I seen a video about it. As with others what you get is random as far as the diagrams go. I did get 2 diagrams and neither were for Alchemy.

Ok so from what I see of everyone's post the Toxcicity is only 80 % not 100% like it says ghlad to know that there. Wasn using them because of the 100% in the description. Thanks for the information.

Ok folks found the Elemta oil receipe you can find it in a chest during the Wandering in the Dark quest.
