I was having issues with the latest patch, gpu was running a lot more in the pause screen then when playing the game, so I thought I'd just reinstall 1.0.2, stupid me didn't realise then I couldn't play my latest saves because they were made with an older version of the game. So now when I try and reinstall the 1.0.3 patch it just says patch is already installed. Is there a file or something I can delete so I can install the patch again

I doubt that as everything in the patch would have to be deleted.

gunsynd: I doubt that as everything in the patch would have to be deleted.
So er what can i do? apart from reinstall the game

If you try to delete a patch or parts of it,it will definately break your game.
Two things,wait for next patch and see if it installs as some patches fix previous
patch mistakes.
Sorry,but you may need to reinstall.Stay away from Galaxy for a while.

OP, we have to wait for CDPR to put out a new patch that fixes this.
