I seemed to have had one version that was Arabic, yet I played the game and everything was english. I have since gotten a message saying the game was broken and the GOG launcher allowed me to install the English version and now I cannot use my save data!? Anyway to find my save data and use it on my new version?

Open the 'Run' dialog (Start >> Run) and copy/paste the following into it, and press OK:

%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\The Witcher 3

There should be a folder inside called 'gamesaves', where all your saves are stored.
