my game is not launching with gog not even directly in the folder...
when i try to launch on gog, nothing happens...
in the folder ask's for VCOMP110.dll.... what can i do to play my game again? ;-;
its starts when i updated my windows 10 to 10122 build... thanks
Solution that worked for me: (I am also on 10122)

1. Open windows File Explorer
2. Select your "C:" Drive
3. In the search box, type in VCOMP110.DLL and wait for it to find it.
4. Select it and right click COPY (not cut) :p
5. Locate the directory that "witcher3.exe" is in
6. Paste VCOMP110.DLL into that directory.
You're probably missing Visual C++ 2012, try downloading it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

I tried this and the game now launches but G-Sync isn't working. Also tried just reinstalling the game. Running the same build as well.
I got the same problem.

And no, I have Visual C++ installed from 2005 to 2013

I think CDProjkt's forum may be a better place to post this issue though.
You can reinstall the Visual 2012 C++ from the witcher programfolder

C:\GOG Games\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\__redist\MSVC2012_x64

That fixed the issue for me atleast :)

Works now fine again!
Thanks, battlepigeon.

It works. I actually clicked "repaire", and after a reboot, the game is working again. :)
For me the directX installer in the witcher folder did the trick.. I tried everything mentioned above without luck..

It is a common problem one might come while installing games or any software. Do you try to download the vcomp110.dll it is a Visual C++ redistributable package file that is available online? You just need to copy the download file at a specific folder or location and need to install it over there. If this doesn't work then try fixing 'vcomp110.dll' missing file error by analyzing the reason for the occurrence of this error. The error might be due to hardware or registry problem or it could be as file not available to use or corrupted.
