Does anyone know where the savegames for this game is located?

I sometimes swap between two computers and would like to take the savegames with me so I dont have to start over or replay hours of gameplay, but I cant seem to fins where the savegames are.

And the CDProjecktRed forums seems to be out of service for some reason right now so I cant ask there either.
