Am I the only one who thinks the equipment DLC are useless? They don't scale with your level and when you are low level you wouldn't have enough money to buy them.

3 of the 4 were better than what I was wearing. Level 12.

Don't you already have the witcher gear? Unless they patched something, the witcher gears have better stats than the DLC armor.

They actually scale with your level. And I think they are comparable to the witcher gears. Only difference is that they don't have rune slots.

Nope, hadn't done the Griffin set quests yet. Lot of things to do in this game, ya know. :)

You get is for free, most of the time gear DLC costs about 5 bucks per piece. I think you might be looking for a brothel, not a game development studio :P In a brothel everyone needs to be satisfied. As far as a game is concerned, not really. Enjoy the freebies. There are plenty of DLC to be released and I think there will be more worthwile content in the future :)

Pretty sure they do. Though it seems the Temerian set stops scaling at 29.

From my research on this matter, it does scale once for the DLC armour. The Temerian armour at level 29 and the Nilfgaardian armour at level 35. I set my level to 70 and it did not scale any further.
