I tried to install Witcher 3 via the "gog.com downloader" and I found the links to the main game, the patch to 1.32 and the patch for my language. But I did not find the two links for the DLC "Blood and Wine" and "Hearts of Stone".
So I am wondering, can I even download the two DLCs via the "GOG.com downloader" or do I have to download the Game Of The Year edition via the "gog.com downloader" to download the DLCs too?

I would prefer to use the normal version because there are much less problems with the normal version than with the GOTY edition when it comes to modding the game.

If you have purchased the "Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY Edition", then the only "GOG.com Downloader" links available to you are for the GOTY Edition of the game and the various patches and language packs.
The only way to get separate "GOG.com Downloader" links for each one of the DLCs, is if you have acquired the "Witcher 3" base game and the "Hearts of Stone" and "Blood and Wine" expansions as separate purchases.
In my case I had bought the "Witcher 3" base game and the expansions shortly after their release, and thus they were aded in my library as seperate purchases. When the GOTY Edition, which includes everything in one purchase/package, was released it was added in my GOG.com library for free, since I already owned all the released content concerning the game.
Bottom line, the only way you can download the expansions separately from the base game, is to purchase the expansions and the base game one by one, which is not a cost effective approach if you already own the GOTY Edition of the game.
In that case, I suggest you download the GOTY Edition and delete the folders containing the expansions, after the installation is complete, though I do not know for sure if this method is effective for appropriately removing the expansions, in order to get a functional installation of only the base game.
Otherwise you could contact GOG.com support with your inquiry and ask them if it is possible for them, to add in your library the base game plus the expansions, as if you had bought them separately, one by one, since you already own the GOTY Edition.

Edit; In case you have missed the links instead, those mentioned in the post above by Hickory, are the ones you need. They are by mistake under the MAC OS X section, which is not officialy supported.
