hi so i bought the game in shop and installed it, no problem. thing is i couldnt play it without signing up to this gog platform. when i did sign up the play button wasnt working, it sais waiting for release, a download would start and then stop and restart, evenually with the computer off it fucking downloaded. so the play button goes green im here thinking finally, so i press play, screen goes black then back to gog and says last played a few secs ago, one time the screen went black it started loading and stopped responding.

contacted support but havent gt back to me. any ideas?

Have you tried veryifying/ repairing your installation? Go to Witcher 3 in your library > click MORE > MANAGE > and then VERIFY/REPAIR.
