I saw the DLC for the alternative look to Yennefer, and was wondering, does installing the patch automatically change her looks, or does it allow the option to do so? I recall in Witcher 2, there was an option to change Geralt's hair; but, it had to be done via a NPC. Just wondering if it were the same. Maybe Yennefer goes to the barber too?

Installing the DLC automatically changes her look, but you can enable/disable it from the main menu, downloadable content option.
