As a huge fan of the show, I was elated to discover this game as a kid. I struggled a lot socially, the show had given me a lot of comfort, seeing there was a game was mind-blowing. It didn't look half bad too! Entering my own playable season of the show was unforgettable — the music, the voice acting, and the locations were all spectacular. Seeing the memorable environments from the show faithfully recreated was unreal, they also expanded on that world to create something unique and full of mystery. I have never seen a game so faithfully capture a TV show like this (at least of the ones I have played.) It mattered to me that I was able to enter a world that brought me comfort. People will see "Desperate Housewives: The Game" and dismiss it, I understand why. But it was great for what it was, and I think as the show has proven to be timeless, this game has too. Sadly, I was never able to complete this game. At the end of one of the episodes, my game would freeze and crash, and after many attempts, I had to call it a day. I played this game for the first time in around 2013, and even by then it was outdated and not compatible with modern hardware. I still think about this game often, and it's one of my most wanted gaming re-releases. I know deep down that there is very little chance of this happening, but I'm still holding out hope that one day I will be able to play it again, but this time until completion. Desperate Housewives was such a hidden gem - part mystery, part life sim, and all wrapped up in juicy drama that no other game has really captured since. It felt like a mix between The Sims and a soap opera RPG, with plot twists, secrets, and the kind of adult storytelling that games rarely dared to explore back then. What made it unforgettable was how it nailed the Desperate Housewives vibe - suburban intrigue, betrayals, dark humour, and all the delicious gossip. I played it solo, but it was always fun to talk about the ridiculous plot points with friends afterward. It had some surprisingly deep mechanics for a licensed title - especially the social choices and how they shaped your story. I’d love to see it on GOG because it deserves a second life. It's currently impossible to find legally, and many players missed out on it simply because it was overlooked. GOG is perfect for preserving niche, nostalgic games like this one, especially with its DRM-free approach. There’s a whole new audience that would eat this up - and us old fans would finally get a chance to relive the drama!

Bravely Default
Bravely DefaultBravely Default follows the story of main character Tiz, a humble shepherd and the lone survivor of a cataclysmic event, as he joins a group of loyal companions on a journey to restore balance to the world. The battle system is what differentiates Bravely Default from other RPGs. Here players can strategically choose when to initiate two complementary commands: Brave and Default. This innovative system encourages players to think carefully about strategy during every enemy encounter. Selecting "Brave" lets players increase the number of actions a character can take in a turn, while "Default" allows players to store actions for later use.

Ugh!
Ugh!Ugh! is an arcade/flight game developed by Bones Park Software Artistic and published in 1992 by PlayByte for the Amiga, Commodore 64 and DOS. The game is a clone of Space Taxi. It features a caveman who, in order to appeal to his beloved future mate, controls a stone-age muscle-powered helicopter, picking up passengers and flying them to the desired location for money. The player must venture through 69 levels, and must evade natural obstacles as well as hostile Dinosaurs and "Birds" (actually pterosaurs). Collisions with obstacles, hard landings and touching obstacles with the helicopter's rotor inflict damage to the helicopter. Also, powering the helicopter exhausts the pilot, which may be recovered by picking up fruits knocked off Tree with Stone. Stone may be also dropped on a hostile monster, knocking it out for a short time. Ugh! was later distributed as a shareware mainly from Bulletin Board Systems and magazine cover disks. The Commodore 64 version of the game also features a two player hotseat mode, in which two players compete to finish the level, while the DOS and Amiga versions feature a cooperative simultaneous two player mode. The game keeps tracks of the player's progress using level codes; the codes for single player levels are Christian Death song titles, the two-player codes are song titles by Current 93.

Archangel
ArchangelArchangel is an action game with slight role-playing elements. Travinsky can explore the worlds freely, talk to other characters and take on various side quests. During fights, the focus of the game, he can either use a variety of standard weapons (melee and ranged) or special abilities (e.g. health regeneration, a shield or invisibility) which use up his spirit energy. This energy automatically refills over time, but is also required to use the powerful Sword of Light. He can also shapeshift into either a strong warrior or a sneaky ghost, but which one has to be chosen at the start of the game. Solving quests and killing enemies rewards experience points which are used to upgrade special abilities and the second form.
