This was I think my first Nancy Drew game! ... and I was so terrified by a second chance I failed as a kid I never went back to it. By the time I found the games digitally, this game was considered no longer for sale due to how old the game was. I want to go and face this game, and GOG's work to keep games playable will let me do that!
Nancy Drew games and books have been a huge part of my life, growing up and now. This one is one of my favorites but it's also one of the few that don't work on newer systems. So having it be restored so that it's playable again would be magic! Thanks to GOG for making my childhood a reality again with this epic preservation of games!
This is one of only two Her Interactive Nancy Drew games I haven't played. I have loved every single one I've played (except maybe the most recent ones) and I would love to say I've played them all. No other game truly beats the suspension of rifling through someone's things while they're in another room, the challenge of an interesting puzzle, the mystery of, well, a mystery. I love the Second Chances, and the "it's locked". I love the nostalgia, and the memories of playing with my family. My grandmother introduced us to these games, and it was one of the sure things my sister and I wanted to do with her when we visited. We would spend hours together, the three of us (sometimes four, if my mother joined) crowded around a tiny screen, taking turns with the mouse when one of us got stuck on a puzzle. When my grandmother died, my cousin took her whole collection, so I've had to collect the digital versions myself. Unfortunately, this one is the only one I've been unable to find.

Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. Silent HillSilent Hill is the first installment in the Silent Hill series of psychological survival horror video games. Unlike earlier survival horror games that focused on protagonists with combat training, the main character Harry Mason is an average man. The gameplay consists of combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving. The controller vibration is used to indicate Harry's heartbeat and will vibrate on low health. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker SagaLego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a third-person action-adventure with an open world hub. Unlike previous Lego games in which players had to advance through the story in a linear order, players can now choose to start the game from any of the main Skywalker Saga episodes and complete them in any order they wish. Each episode has their own hub filled with planets featured prominently in each respective film that can be visited and explored. Each episode will have five story missions each, a total of 45 levels.
Combat has also been revamped, such as lightsaber fights now involving a variety of combos with light attacks, heavy attacks, and Force moves, and blaster characters having an over-the-shoulder camera angle featured in many third-person shooter games.
Random encounters will also happen in the game's hub. For example, an Imperial Star Destroyer will suddenly jump out of hyperspace and send a fleet of TIE Fighters after the player. Players can choose to engage in dogfights with them or continue onward to progress the story.
