this is an extremely obscure game by indie developer "nintendo" where the premise is where you play as a fat man named mario who has to go through the paintings and find the stars, its inspired by undertale and other games of the genre and i wish i could play it again because its lost media
I am sorry to break it to you nintendo will never allow this game on GOG even if the nintendo switch 2 sells horribly they still won't do this sure pc gaming is getting bigger and bigger and console exclusives are dying
Super Mario 64 is a classic game that revolutionized the gaming industry. It was a wildly successful 3D platformer which was the launch title for the Nintendo 64. There are 120 stars to collect, and each one of them is fun to collect. Exploring the worlds and discovering new areas is fun, and the movement system is incredibly smooth especially for its time. Since its release, its speedrunning community and modding community are still alive and well, lately Super Mario 64 has been beaten using fewer than 20 a presses. There aren't any official ways to obtain the Rom, unfortunately. The presence of this on GOG would discourage piracy by letting us run the game however we want, and making mods easy. I would gladly buy this game on PC to own it and play it anywhere an N64 emulator exists.
