Easily at the top of my dream list. This has to be one of the best games relative to its obscurity, and MASSIVELY derserving of a preservation effort. This is an excellent game which vastly improves on the original Simtower in every way. The english localised version lacked much of the additional japanese content and levels- but playing a japanese (The Tower II) install with some minimal modification to the exe (due to otherwise sharing the same game data) allowed playing it with a mostly understandable UI. Simtower was one of the first games i played as a kid, and is pretty rough coming back to today, despite its cult following. It's hard to understate just how much better the sequel is, and it's criminal that it's so hard to play this game today.
SimTower was one of my favorite games as a child. It was fun building a high rise mixing multiple floors from housing to movie theaters and restaurants while fiddling with the elevator system. It had a lot of personality, like an ant farm that you could build up and up. So this sequel is amazingly fascinating to me
Sakura Taisen 2: Kimi, Shinitamou Koto NakareThe sequel to the original Sega Saturn system seller (in Japan at least) becomes one of the Saturn's last great hurrahs. Head back to early 1900's Tokyo as Oogami Ichirou, a naval commander who's now become the last line of defense against the demons that stalk the capital. The all-female cast from the original returns in full, joined by two additional members. The grid-based strategy battles from the original are improved with better spell attacks and cleaner graphics, while the "LIPS" interactive conversation sequences feature better production values, color depth and a few additional twists on interactivity.Fantasy
