Thanks for the giveaway! I understand it's now closed but I'll share some interesting bits about Paraguayan culture anyway in the spirit of the original post just for the kick of it.
We are practically a tropical country but our cuisine has calories for someone living on Norway or Northern Canada perhaps. Most typical dishes are calorie bombs.
One of these is a meal made of ground maize flour with cottage cheese, lots of lard (pork fat), onions and eggs. It is something resembling a bread or a pie, but the name is "Paraguayan Soup". Yeah, you heard it, a hard, solid soup. Go figure...!
Come visit someday. I'd think you (and anyone) might like the country.
