EDIT.......

Due to the recent events regarding the Duke Nukem games on GOG, you can send some messages of love and compassion to the folks at Gearbox to let them know our hearts are with them in those hard times.

Let the flower power flows through the world. Peace ^o^

That's hardly going to make any difference, stop buying their products if you want to hurt them, its the only way. But nobody does.
I can't hate Gearbox. Well I do hate Gearbox, but I love Borderlands. So I can't hate Gearbox. What a conundrum!
Yeah sorry but nope. Hate brigading will not accomplish anything.
...y'know, when I first read the title of this thread, I thought we were gonna start hating on the games. My bad. I'll just be leaving now.

GOG already in talks to get them back on the site, why start a hate brigade, even if gearbox dont play ball it wont accomplish anything, this is not a surprise to me when i found out about the change in ownership of rights of any game, contracts need updated if not renegotiated and while that is going on they must be removed
No hate, disappointment.

Aye, the contract had to run out sometime and there’s a 90% sale for the inconvenience of the resigning period. Would rather save my ire for games that don't come back.

Question is: do they even want to negociate with a store other than steam?

Don't know... aint it more of an "hate lawyers" thing because of contract mumbo-jumbo? I'd rather start the curse wagon rolling about 2 weeks after the pull since than we can be sure they either don't care or are not competent enough.

Maybe that gets them on board with other stuff :) Do they have other stuff worth spending time with? I'm a bit out of the loop since the age of steam unless its stuff that in your face all over the place (like Bethesda stuff).

Alright I'm with you, I'm channeling all my hate towards GOG.
Hate copyright laws, hate that this industry has made no concrete effort to preserve its past, but I don't see the point in "hating" X company.

The likeliest would be the first Borderlands (but I have my doubts about the multiplayer as I doubt they would adapt it to GOG Galaxy) and the Brothers In Arms games.

EDIT: of course for Borderlands, it always come back to 2K.......

Why in the world would anyone sell anything in a store where people are "spitting hate" on them. If anything it is a reason to break off all negotiations if it is allowed to continue.
I won't contribute to the hate campaign (any hate campaign, for what matters. One thing is heavy criticism or even boycott towards practices I find unacceptable, another is hate). Sure as hell I dislike Gearbox with a passion and some of their past actions have been... quite questionable, to stay polite, yet who knows what the future holds. Until not long ago I wouldn't have ever imagined that Bethesda going outside Steam and I didn't think much better of them, either, so there is always hope for alternatives.

Like you did anything else here during the last months. I wonder why I still bother to read your posts -or worse, replying to them- rather than simply ignoring them. Carry on, though: practice makes perfect, and with time and effort maybe one day you will be able to write the ultimate, pointlessly annoying bashing post!
