As for the last thing that made me happy - well, believe it or not it was finding £20 on the floor in my local supermarket and when I got to the customer service desk to see if anyone had reported losing it I find an old man who had lost it at the desk asking if anyone had handed it in. The look on his face when he got his cash back made my day.
