I have to say that all the times this game got mentioned recently really gave me an itch to replay it and I probably will by the end of the year. I'm surprised that original Prince of Persia games aren't here yet.

I stand still as I can, tremors of earth violent beneath me, and watch in disbelief as the mountain crumbles before my eyes, vulnerable like an ant hill, uncovering bits of the metallic surface of the thing buried within. It is massive, must have been dormant for centuries, if not millenniums. I search for entrance with a heavy heart, knowing I might not return, but when I enter the sense for time is lost on me for a few breaths. It is clearly not of this world.

Let me just mention for those who haven't played Crysis that never in my life in any form, be it books, movies or games, have I experienced anything that felt so genuinely alien as part of Crysis taking place inside mothership. For a long while I was just hiding, cloaked, observing Ceph and the machinery of their ship at work. Truly remarkable.
