undeadcow: Too bad Shank 1's not featured as an elusive DRM free edition (only available from a prior Humble Bundle)...
Yeah, I was on hunt for that one several months ago and had no luck tracking any copy down. :-(

I would really love this bundle if they were DRM-Free but this way I think I will keep hoping in GOG release instead. After all Mark of the Ninja is here already.

I believe Shank 1 appeared DRM-free in a Humble Bundle twice, on Humble Indie Bundle 4 and on Humble Weekly: Klei Entertainment.
Humble have been cutting down a lot of known DRM-Free games out of their promos lately, instead plaguing them to Steam only.
Lame bundle, i only need Plants vs. Zombies and The Baconing from it so i'll pass. :D
Already own everything from passed bundles another week to skip I guess.

Yes, Shank 1 is Drm-free for long time, same as Shank 2, btw. Considering fact that Drm-free files ALREADY present on Humble Servers it quite strange move to not provide them...
Looks like Humble have plan to completely remove drm-free option at some day.

I highly doubt that.
Several people gave the steam keys and kept the DRM-Free, I think that's triggering the alarms at HB and probably can remove the option someday.

Apparently, humble allows you to keep the DRM-free copy yourself, and give the Steam key to someone else. (Surprising, I know.) See a support response from humble here:

And here is the question that prompted that response:

I'm sure HB won't remove the DRM-free option. But I'm pretty sure there will be more and more developers/publishers who won't offer a DRM-free download if people keep downloading that version and yet gift the Steam key. Might be not a problem for HB, but the developers are losing money (or at least potentially money), because of it.

Ok, maybe they will not do that in terms of Main dish - Humble Indie Bundle, they promised to keep that as is at least. They never promised anything about Weekly, Flash and other deals. But TENDENTION of omitting existing drm-free files from "reused" games is pretty much scary.

Well, i thing its just cause them to remove that "gift" function at some day. For example, Widget and Store purchases already dont have a way to give away Steam key, only redeem.

Not a whole lot here grabs my attention; however, Contraption Maker is apparently from the makers of the original Incredible Machine. So, my interest is piqued...

I don't know it it's good or bad but it was -90% recently as a weeklong deal on Steam, so I see it a bit expensive on that tier.

Yikes! And it was only released in July? That's not a good sign...
