Vertical Drop Heroes offers a Halloween edition DRM free in this bundle that appears not to be available on GOG.

Playing Vertical Drop Heroes Halloween now it looks like a reskin with a random pumpkin here or a skeleton there aided by some creepy music, nothing too unique and I'd be surprised if GOG doesn't eventually add it as a bonus.

Nah, I'm fine, but I was just very busy. Thank you for posting the new Humble Weekly (twice) in my absence.

Leroux: To tell the truth, unless you're a very generous person or you don't buy many games or you're wealthy, I fear the pay-what-you-want model in combination with the frequent bundles and sales will soon seduce you to only pay the minimum.
If anything I think it entices people to spend money on something they wouldn't have bought otherwise.

Either way, it seems to work out better for the developers. Like you said the people who really wanted it paid full price for it at launch. This model lets them pick up the stragglers AND they don't have to worry about losing any profits to used games.

Keep in mind that the people who're willing to wait 3 months for a game to go on sale were probably the same people that used to wait and pick up the games used--and the publisher didn't get any money from them.

That's not to say I don't think bundling doesn't cause any issues. Personally, I think it lets people get by with selling (essentially) junk just because it gets bundled with some truly good games. Same with Steam trading cards, really...

I wonder if the Steam-you don't really own anything you buy-models would work at all without the sales.

The GOG version of Vertical Drop Heroes did indeed get the Halloween update:

About Knock-Knock on Steam, can someone who get the bundle tell me if the bonus are the sames regarding to the GOG version (Do's & Don'ts, artworks...) ?

I'm pretty sure the $1 tier games are all new to Humble Bundle. I couldn't speak for other bundle groups.

I got Real World Racing in some Blink Bundle but it's just the base game without the DLC offered in this bundle.
